Happy Wednesday! I thought I would grace you with some guilt free chocolatey deliciousness. I love the way this recipe I’m about to share with you came about, and I’m sure a few of you can relate as to why. I had an avocado that was getting pretty soft… so I had to act fast… so Chocolacado Cookies came to life! You guys, this recipe is absolutely delicious and effortless. It takes no time at all to whip up this yummy batch of chocolatey goodness. I used my Vitamix for this recipe, however, you can easily use whatever you have in the kitchen to whip this recipe up. I find using a high-speed blender or food processor always quickens things up, and can sometimes be better for consistency purposes. However, it’s not always necessary!

Have you ever heard the saying “Energy flows where intention goes”? This is one of my favourites, because it’s so true! Today I want to talk about manifestation, and how it can be life changing. Our thoughts release energy, and energy translates into how we experience things and shape our reality. Our way of thinking brings energy within us, and this energy will attract experiences into our life accordingly. If you think to yourself “I can’t do this… ”, you will attract that kind of energy which will feed that thought, and you simply will not feel you can do it. However, when we feed our thoughts with the opposite thinking, such as “I can do anything I set my mind to…”, you release an energy inside you that radiates positivity and confidence which translates into your life!

It’s delicious, easy to make, and it contains a lower acidity level compared to a regular brewed coffee (making it easier on digestion). Plus, it’s a way to keep cool and still be able to enjoy your coffee on a hot summer days.
