Time: 10 minutes

Base:
• 1 cup unsweetened @earthsown almond milk
• 2 scoops @vega_team protein & greens vanilla protein powder
• 2 tbsp ground flax seed
• 1 cup frozen organic blackberries
• 1 ripened banana
• 1 tbsp almond butter

Toppings, optional but recommended:
• Banana slices
• 2 pitted dates, chopped
• 1 tbsp @organictraditions hemp hearts

Instructions:
1. Add all the base ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if your blend is not becoming smooth, add more frozen fruit if your blend has become too runny.
2. Transfer with a spatula into two bowls, add toppings and enjoy!
I don’t go far without digestive enzymes, they’re an essential on my list of supplements I like to pack when I’m away from home for more than a weekend. Travel, stress, change in routine, poor nutrition, and lack of sleep can all affect digestion, and ultimately our overall health and well-being. When I know my digestion is going to be compromised (whenever I’m away from home), I like to boost it by supplementing with @gardenoflifecanada Chewable Organic Digest+ Enzymes after a meal to help relieve any digestive discomfort. 💚👌🏻
